Auto Auction Welcomes New Consignor
Flint
Auto Auction welcomes a new consignor to its sale-day lineup in
January, where exciting promotions and an excellent selection of
vehicles are attracting enthusiastic buyers to the auction lane.
On
January 20, Flint Auto Auction welcomes VRS (CAC) to its lease lane.
Running twice a month, the first VRS sale at Flint Auto Auction will kick off with a "Spin to Win" promotion, when dealers will spin the whee l
for an opportunity to win $100 every time they purchase a
vehicle.
Auction
General Manager Lawrence Cubitt reports that VRS will run 50 units at
its inaugural sale, and that up to $2,500 in cash will be given
away.
"The
addition of VRS is already creating a great deal of buzz
among our customers," said Cubitt. "We're off to a great
start for 2010, with buyers eager to purchase the vehicles
offered by VRS, and we expect to see a big crowd in
Lane 8 on January 20!"
Cubitt
noted that Flint Auto Auction has been selling more than 95% of its
repo consignment every week, a trend that he expects will continue in
2010.
In
addition to the inventory from VRS, Flint Auto Auction
features repossessions from GMAC, Chrysler Financial, Oxford Bank, RSA
and Remarketing Solutions.
Flint
Auto Auction offers more than 1,800 vehicles at its weekly Wednesday
consignment sale. Flint Auto Auction also holds a GM
Sponsored closed factory auction every other week on Wednesday,
offering an average of 400 vehicles per sale and welcoming 250 GM
dealers, who buy both in the lane and online.
Flint
was named the #1 auction in the country for General Motors for 2007
and 2008. Flint Auto Auction operates under the Auction Pipeline
technology platform which delivers live auction lane bidding online
and provides market reports of auction sale results and available
inventory while allowing dealers to source vehicles from more than 20
