Mid-South Auction Holds Second Annual Christmas Sale

PEARL, Mississippi -- Rea Brothers’ Mid-South Auction hosted its Second Annual Christmas Sale with something for everyone.  Raymond D. “Butch” Royall, Vice President of Sales & Marketing said:  “The sale featured over 1,200 cars and trucks and was a major success, selling 60% of consignment”.  

“We wanted to do something really special this year, so we gave away a restored Datsun 280ZX in honor our relationship with Nissan.  The vehicle was won by Ricardo Marino of Advantage Autoplex located in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. In addition to caps, vests, food and gifts, a large, flat screen, digital television was also given away”.  

This year’s event attracted over 700 dealers from across the country.  Among those participating in the sale were Nissan, RSA, Wheels, ARI, Regions Bank, Trustmark Bank, U-Save Car & Truck Rental, Enterprise Leasing and Enterprise Rent A Car.  

“We are already working on something to top this year’s event for Christmas 2008," said Royall. 

Mid-South Auction of Jackson, Mississippi features a dealer only sale every Tuesday and a GSA / Government sale the first Thursday of each month.
