Capital One
Honors Brasher's Sacramento Auto Auction with Auction of the Year
Award
Capital
One Auto Finance presented its Annual Auction of the Year awards at
the recently held National Auto Auction Association convention in
Washington D.C. These awards recognize wholesale auctions that
exhibit outstanding levels of performance and customer service.
Named as the Auction of the Year for the Northwest Region was
Brasher's Sacramento Auto Auction in Rio Linda, CA.
Capital
One Auto Finance recognizes one auction from each of its six regions
as an Auction of the Year. Recipients are chosen based on each
auction's performance in a variety of categories including retention
rates, sale organization, customer service, and pre-sale services,
such as vehicle transportation and timeliness and accuracy of
condition reports.

"It's
important to acknowledge that these awards are intended to recognize
every single person at that auction," explained Brad Myers, Sr.
Vehicle Remarketing Manager. "These levels of high performance
and customer service simply can't be achieved by a select few. It
takes the combined teamwork and dedication of the entire auction
staff to achieve this level of success."
Brasher's
Sacramento Auto Auction holds a sale for Capital One every Tuesday
at its weekly consignment sale. Auction Owner John Brasher reports
that Capital One has attracted a loyal group of buyers since holding
its first sale in Sacramento last Spring.

"Capital
One is a great fit for Brasher's Sacramento Auto Auction and the
buyers in this region," said Brasher. "Capital One is a
valued customer, and we appreciate their recognizing our efforts on
their behalf. Everyone here at the auction, from the shops to the
lot crew to the office staff, works hard to provide the attention to
detail and superior service that Capital One expects from its
auction partners. We appreciate the confidence that Capital One has
shown in us, and pledge to build on the service standard we have set
in the coming year."
