Brasher's
Salt Lake Auction Named #1 for Ford Credit
SALT
LAKE CITY
,
Utah
– Ford Motor Company has named Brasher’s Salt Lake Auto Auction
as its #1 open-sale auction in the country for 2007, and has presented
the auction with its prestigious Golden Gavel Award.
The award designates Brasher’s
Salt Lake Auto Auction as the top auction for its Ford Credit
sale, based on dealer surveys, reconditioning, facility environment
and administrative services. In
addition, Brasher’s placed #1 in the Western Region in 2007 for
Ford’s Closed Factory Sale.
With the two top awards for 2007, Brasher’s
Salt
Lake
has tallied a total of 13 honors from Ford since 1990.
In 2006, the Salt Lake Auction was ranked #1 for Ford Credit
in the Western Region, and in 2004, the Salt Lake Auction ranked #1
in the region for both the open and closed factory sales for Ford.
The 2004 awards marked the first time that an auction won
both distinctions in the same year.
“We
are thrilled to be Ford’s Golden Gavel winner for 2007,” said
Rob Brasher, general manager of Brasher’s Salt Lake Auto Auction.
“Being recognized as the best in the country for Ford Credit, and
the top auction in our region for the Ford Factory sale, is an honor
I share with every employee at our facility.
It’s their dedication and their willingness to go the extra
mile that sets our auction apart from the rest, and it’s their
hard work and consistent performance day in and day out that has put
us at the top of Ford’s national and regional rankings.”

Ford officials congratulate Brasher's Salt Lake Auto Auction.

“Brasher’s
Salt Lake Auto Auction has emerged as a premiere auction for Ford

two decades of service to Ford Motor Company, Brasher’s Salt Lake
Auto Auction has an impressive 13 Auction Achievement Awards to its
