Continue to Receive Kudos for Outstanding Performance
ServNet Auctions Capture Half of ARI's Auction of the Year Awards for 2007
Three ServNet auctions have been honored as Regional Auctions of the Year
by ARI. Brasher's Northwest Auto Auction, Charleston Auto Auction and
Pittsburgh Independent Auto Auction all received outstanding scores in
each of ARI's benchmark categories. The award is based on a number of
performance criteria, including sales accuracy, ease of administration,
timeliness and overall customer service.
"We
are delighted to note that of the six regional auctions honored by ARI as
the top performers in 2007, three of them were ServNet Auctions,"
said Pierre Pons, ServNet CEO, noting that the other three auctions were
Manheim facilities. "These auctions prove that the service provided
by ServNet auctions is second to none."
"Equally
impressive is the fact that all three of these auctions have earned this
distinction for multiple years," Pons continued. "As auction
customers all over the country know, ServNet auctions perform at peak
levels consistently, week after week, year in and year out."
This
year's award is the second in a row for Charleston Auto Auction, now in
only its third year handling vehicles for ARI. Brasher's Northwest Auto
Auction has been named #1 in ARI's western region for the third year
running, and Pittsburgh Independent Auction won the prestigious award in
2001 and 2002 as well.

"These
ServNet auctions exemplify ARI's corporate philosophy of 'Partners in
Excellence," said Jennifer Schade of ARI. "They provide a
consistently high level of service, including prompt vehicle pickup, data
entry, communication and, of course, high returns. The Auction of the Year
awards are well-deserved by Brasher's Northwest, Charleston, and
Pittsburgh Independent Auction, all consistently top performers in their
regions. We applaud them for their efforts and value our relationships
with them as remarketing partners."
ARI
