ServNet Auction Group is proud to announce the appointment of Billy Willis, General Manager of Greenville Auto Auction (GAA), to its Board of Directors, and the selection of Mere Rangel, Assistant General Manager of Big Valley Auto Auction, as the organization’s new New Member Chair. These appointments underscore ServNet’s commitment to cultivating strong leadership and supporting continued growth across its member network.
Billy Willis brings over a decade of experience and a proven track record of leadership in the auto auction industry. He joined Greenville Auto Auction in 2013 as Administration Manager and has steadily advanced within the company, serving as Interim General Manager before being promoted to his current role. Known for his operational expertise, Billy is equally recognized for his dedication to team development, servant leadership, and fostering a culture of accountability and support.
Beyond his leadership at GAA, Billy has made significant contributions to the broader industry. He has served on the Board of Directors for the National Auto Auction Association (NAAA) and previously held the role of Southern Chapter President. His leadership philosophy—“the most important responsibility we have is people”—continues to guide his approach and inspire those around him.

Mere Rangel, Assistant General Manager, Big Valley Auto Auction
Mere Rangel brings a dynamic and passionate perspective to his new role as New Member Chair, shaped by nearly a decade of experience in the auction industry. Since beginning his career in 2016, Mere has consistently demonstrated a commitment to growth, professional development, and meaningful engagement within his organization and the industry at large. Mere is a CAR-certified professional, a graduate of Auction Academy’s Class 6, and co-recipient of the inaugural Maria Acuna Essence Award. His dedication to industry advancement is further reflected in his volunteer service as a CAR Certification Committee Co-Chair and proctor and through his certifications in the ACT, Privacy Pam, and Safety Sam programs.
With a leadership style rooted in empowerment and servant leadership, Mere is committed to fostering environments where team members feel heard, supported, and inspired. “I am happy to have Billy and Mere join ServNet leadership,” said Ryan Clark, President of ServNet. “Both Greenville and Big Valley are great auctions and have been strong members of our organization.
