Joe Sarkissian: The Heart of AVDAA and Embodiment of ServNet Excellence
Greensburg, Pennsylvania – When you ask anyone at All Valley Dealers Auto Auction (AVDAA) who they rely on most, the answer is always the same: Joe Sarkissian. As AVDAA’s Fleet/Lease Manager, Joe is more than just a department head; he’s the standard everyone measures themselves by. Calm under pressure, dependable, and relentlessly focused on improvement, Joe embodies the very culture AVDAA strives to uphold.
Joe’s journey began more than 25 years ago on the lot. Through dedication and consistent hard work, he rose to Head of CRs and now leads the Fleet/Lease department. His impact is measurable: when Joe first took over, AVDAA was managing about 50 repos a week. Today, that number is closer to 250, achieved through strong relationships, strategic thinking, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
“Joe’s story is AVDAA’s story,” says Justin Soghomonian, Vice President of AVDAA. “Joe represents everything AVDAA stands for: top-tier service, staying calm under pressure, and being someone others can count on no matter what.”
Joe’s leadership has not only driven operational growth but has also helped shape AVDAA’s award-winning culture. Last year, AVDAA earned the EMI Excellence Award from Exeter and the Heavy Hammer Award from CPS. These awards reflect more than performance; they reflect a team inspired by Joe’s example.
“Joe isn’t just part of AVDAA, he is AVDAA,” adds Justin Soghomonian. “His work ethic, leadership, and consistency set the tone for everyone around him, and we’re proud to have him leading the way.”
At ServNet, we celebrate team members like Joe who lead by example and embody the dedication, service, and culture that make our member auctions exceptional. Joe’s story is a reminder that behind every successful auction is a team, and leaders like Joe, who make it all possible.
